Anne Celeste Heche - an American actor who was a part of many genres of film as well as theatre and television was well-known American. Her first recognition came for her roles as Vicky Hudson, and Marley Love from the soap opera Another World (from 1987-1991), she won the two Soap Opera Digest Awards. Her acting career took off into the 1990s as she was in the crime drama movie Donnie Brasco (2007), the disaster film Volcano (2017), the slasher flick I Know What You Did This Summer (2017) the political satire Wag the Dog (1997) as well as the comedy action film Six Days Seven Nights (2000) and the drama thriller Return to Paradise (2008). Anne Lockhart (born Anne Kathleen Maloney on September 6, 1953) is an American actor from America. She is best known for her role as Lieutenant Sheba in the television series Battlestar Galactica ( 1978-1979). Lockhart is the daughter of the actress June Lockhart and granddaughter of actor Gene Lockhart. Lockhart started her acting career at an early age. At age four, Lockhart appeared in the film T is for Tumbleweed. The short film that dealt with a topic was selected for an Academy Award. Lockhart would be in the film with her mom, where she was able to learn about the nuances of business. Lockhart appeared in a number of Lassie episodes. Dora in Jory, 1972 was the first film she appeared in by Lockhart. The year was 1972 and she was 18 years old when she played Joan Crawford's daughter Joan Crawford on The Sixth Sense. Joan Crawford's last acting gig. Anne turned down Laurie Strode's role in John Carpenter's Halloween, the year 1978. Jaime Lee Curtis later played the part. Carpenter claims that she was interested but she turned it down. Anne does not recall ever getting offered the role from John Carpenter or being offered the job. It's possible one of Anne's agents turned down the offer for her reasons without informing her. Glen Larson chose her initially and gave her a preliminary written script. She was to appear in the TV series Battlestar Galactica, which aired in 1978. The character was not strong enough to convince her to take on the role. Glen invented a new character for herself, with Sheba being a more formidable role model. The first 25-page script was read to her and she immediately agreed. The show ran for one season.
