Marilu and Jennifer

Marilu Henner shows us what an individual woman can do through the force and wisdom gained from being a teenager. She is an actor, author and health expert. She hosts a talk show as well as creates the show. Perpetual Motion must be her name. Marilu's approach to health is evident throughout her entire life. She's a firm believer that good health will allow the person to be able to perform everything. But it wasn't always that way. While she was still an teen, her weight increased rapidly. She was an emotional foodie who was unwell and unhealthy all every day. When her parents both passed away in their 50's - her mother suffering from the effects of arthritis and her father due to a heart attack, she knew that she had to take control of her own health so that the same fate would befall her. It wasn't about diets however, the goal was to improve our health and find ways to improve the capacity of our bodies to function.
